I am a wife and a mother to Rachel (age 7) and Ryan (age 4) and I'm a part-time graduate student. I also work full-time, constantly compare myself to other moms, stress about my to-do list, and miss the days that I wrote just for fun. This blog is my attempt to find myself, and possibly some humor, in life's struggles and triumphs.
I write about work, family, life in general, and the absurdity I encounter when these things are all combined. But really, this is just a place for me to unwind and tell the world what it's like to live in my shoes. And even though I have no idea what I’m doing, I love to share about what I’m learning along the way.
I hope you enjoy your visit to my blog, which is (hopefully) a quiet corner in our fast-paced, crazy world.
And, oops, I almost forgot to tell you…I love coffee. A lot.
In fact, I am Starbucks gold card member. Yay me.
